1). Fill icing in the decorating bag.
2). Using an icing pen, make lace patterns such as dots, loops, filets, or shells on the cupcakes.
Fondant:
Fondants are made by using sugar, water, and edible color. The mixture of these three ingredients is stirred, cooled, and made into a soft-ball stage. You can also roll it into sheets.
1). Cut the fondant in round shape and draw facial features on it using food writers.
2). Using edible glue, stick the fondant on the cupcake.
Whipped Cream Icing:
1). Add sugar in whipped cream and beat it until stiff peaks form.
2). Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it cool.
3). Put this cool mixture on top of the cupcakes and let it to cool again in the refrigerator.
4). When it is cooled fully, put chopped fruits such as cherries, strawberries, or nuts on the cream as a cupcake decoration.
